CV Removal Tool

These are in-stock for prompt shipping times!

This CV removal tool is spliced at out of synthetic winch line so they are stronger than steel cable and much more flexible and easier to use. These store easily in your tool bag and have been tested in house.

To use, slide noose around the inside of the axle and securely cinch tight. Place a hammer (we use a 5 lb hammer) through the fixed loop, and "pop" the axle out. Rotating the axle between pulls helps.

Manufactured in partnership with C4RS - Custom 4WD Recovery Systems.

  • Made in the USA.

The best tool

Worked like a champ , 5 pulls and the CV was out of my 4runner , still looks like new . A must if you go off road and do your own work on your car.

Great compact tool

I hate pulling CVs. Tried making a noose type tool in the past that didn't work very well. I used this last week to pull the CV on my 2008 Tacoma and couldn't be happier. A couple good yanks and it was out. For $30 this is a great investment. Rolled it up and threw it in my trail side repair tool bag.

Awesome tool

Took a day to realize I needed this tool…. When I got it I slipped it on and popped my cv axel out with two swings of a 3 pound hammer! Don’t bother prying them out. Grab this and be done with it in minutes!

CV axle removal

I used this to remove a busted CV axle on my 2008 FJ Cruiser. Man, it made the process so easy. I've replaced CV axles without this tool before and I regret not buying it sooner.

It's well worth the money to make life easier on and off the trail. Seriously a fantastic and well made tool.

Nice

Looks great, put it in my off road bag. I’ll use it next month on the Mrs. truck.

Best axle snatcher.

Haven't had a chance to use this one, but have borrowed several others over the years. Quality product.
