Use calipers to measure the outside diameter of your round rack tubing, including the finished coating. Powder coating may produce a slightly oversized reading, so verify the nominal tubing size.

Always measure your actual rack tubing before ordering.
Position the mount on your roof rack in your preferred location. Confirm alignment and antenna clearance.
Use a 1/4" Allen wrench. Gradually tighten each bolt, alternating between bolts rather than fully tightening one side first. Visible thread should remain when properly installed.
Attach your antenna stud and coaxial cable according to the antenna manufacturer's instructions. Confirm all hardware is secure before use.
Periodically inspect and tighten mounting hardware, especially after off-road use or long trips.
