Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds on machined aluminum products, hardware, or other installed products.

Please verify sizing and compatibility before ordering. If you have questions, contact us and we will be happy to help.

Exchanges

If you accidentally order the wrong size or configuration, please contact us. We may be able to arrange an exchange for the correct item.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including shipping the original item back to GZila Designs and shipping the replacement item back to the customer.

If the error was made by GZila Designs, we will cover the shipping costs required to correct the issue.
