    Tubular Clamp Mount
🚚 Ships Same Or Next Business Day

Built for Adjustable 90° Awning Setups

These standard tubular clamps are designed for most 90° straight awnings and offer additional mounting adjustment compared to the Mini version. The extended mounting slots make it easier to fine-tune awning height and positioning while maintaining a clean and secure installation.

    Adjustable Height

Extended mounting slots provide additional flexibility for awning positioning.

    Most Popular Option

A versatile balance of adjustability, clearance, and strength for most 90° awning setups.

    Wide Diameter Range

Available in multiple diameter options to fit a variety of round tubular roof racks.

    Compatibility

    Designed For

    • Round tubular roof rack systems
    • Standard straight 90° awnings
    • Most awning installations
    • Customers needing additional mounting adjustment

    Check Before Ordering

    • Larger 180° or 270° awnings
    • Setups needing maximum height adjustment (see XL)
    • Non-round tubing
    • Any setup where the awning may contact the tent or rack

    What’s Included

    2 or 3 Standard Clamps
    Based on selected option
    Stainless Hardware
    Included with each set
    Made in USA
Machined in-house from black anodized aluminum

    Before Ordering

    1. Measure your rack tubing
Use calipers or our printable measurement tool to confirm your tube diameter before selecting a size.
    2. Select the matching diameter
Choose the clamp size that matches your actual roof rack tubing. A slightly oversized reading is normal on powder coated racks, so a 1.75" clamp may be correct even if your rack measures slightly over 1.75".

Common reference sizes: 4Runner TRD Pro 2019–2024, FJ Cruiser 2007-2014, and Sequoia TRD Pro 2020–2022 roof racks typically use 1.75" tubing. GOBI Toyota roof racks typically use 1.00" tubing.
    3. Check awning and tent clearance
These clamps may not fit or clear every rooftop tent, overhanging crossbar, or tight rack setup.

    Installation

    1. Position the clamps
Space the clamps evenly along your roof rack based on your awning’s mounting points.
    2. Tighten the clamps evenly
Using a 1/4" Allen wrench, gradually tighten each bolt a little at a time. Alternate between bolts instead of fully tightening one side first so the clamp seats evenly around the tubing. Visible thread should remain when properly installed.
    3. Attach your awning
Use your awning’s existing hardware to bolt the awning through the vertical mounting slots. Adjust the awning position as needed before fully tightening the hardware.

Installation is simple with basic hand tools. Periodically check and tighten hardware after off-road use or long trips.

    Solid and stong support

Used the XL brackets and clamps with perpendicular adapter for gusseted awning bracket onto yakima round cross bars on an outback. Easy install and awning ready for adventure. Gzila adjusted packaging and cost as I only needed a pair not a set of 3. Great customer service and communication. Also using a standard clamp and bracket set for 5lb propane tank holder attached to roof basket. These clamps and brackets are great solutions. Thank you.

    Awning mounts

Have bought 2 sets of these in different sizes and move my awning between vehicles.
The best option there is for mounting to a tube style rack. They seem expensive, until you hold one in your hand. I used for a ARB awning, they work perfect, zero issues

    Perfect fit!

I ordered these clamps to connect to my factory Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro roof rack and they worked perfectly! The open road 270° awning I ordered came with mounting hardware but would not attach to the round tubular design of the factory roof rack. These were the perfect fit clamp style design that I needed. Great quality, heavy duty design with universal adjustability for the perfect fit and look.

    Gzila for the win.

Not many options when it comes mounting accessories on a Rola Vortex roof rack The option for 1.5 made mounting my awning and Maxtrax super easy.

Rock solid mounts for round roof racks

I used the 1-1/2” standard clamps to secure an ARB awning on my Intech Luna Rover trailer. They have not budged at all during the 1 year they’ve been installed. I am planning to order 2 more for a new shower room for the other side of the trailer. Great product that does its job to perfection.

These clamps fit my TRD Pro rack perfectly. The slots are spaced well and fit the Ironman 4x4 270 awning. The black anodize is nice and blends in well with the rack.

    LAND ROVER SAFARI RACK

The Gzila Awning Mounts in 1” diameter works on my Land Rover Discovery safari basket rack. I used 3 Gzila mounts because the ARB Awning only supplies 3 sets of mounts bolts
