After years of using a magnetic antenna when off-roading , it was time to get a new mount . I found this sleek billet mount from GZila and ordered it. Mount showed up in just a few day with the accessory mount for a complete install. The mount fit like a glove, directions were great. I took my time as running the cable through the tailgate and the factory loom took some patients. I'm all set now and no more antenna falling off the roof . Thanks Greg for making a great product.
This is the best way for most people to mount an antenna. Clean, strong and straightforward. Aluminum makes the risk of corrosion very low and should last as long as you own your FJ. Good guys with a good product.
I originally bought a mount from a different company but was unhappy with it. This mount fit and installed perfectly and does a great job. Well machines and sturdy!

this thing is absolutely beautiful. unfortunately, it will not work with my Midland ghost antenna (the base diameter is too small and too close to the hinge for the thick Midland), but for as little as it costs, I'm happy just to look at it on my desk. :)
