The Mini Awning Mount secures straight 90° awnings to round tubular roof racks where mounting height is limited. CNC-machined in-house in the USA from black anodized aluminum, its shorter profile is designed for tighter installations, rooftop tent setups, and racks with multiple horizontal tubes.
Shorter mounting arm for rooftop tents, tight installations, and racks with two horizontal tubes where less vertical adjustment is needed.
Extended vertical mounting slots for straight 90° awnings requiring flexible height and positioning.
Taller, thicker mounting arm for larger, heavier 180° and 270° awnings with taller rear mounting extrusions.
Includes 2 Mini awning mounts, 2 clamps, and stainless steel hardware.
Includes 3 Mini awning mounts, 3 clamps, and stainless steel hardware.
Use calipers to measure the outside diameter of your round rack tubing, including the finished coating. Powder coating may produce a slightly oversized reading, so verify the nominal tubing size.

Always measure your actual rack tubing before ordering.
Space the Mini clamps evenly along the roof rack according to your awning's mounting locations. Confirm alignment and clearance before tightening.
Use a 1/4" Allen wrench. Gradually tighten each bolt, alternating between bolts rather than fully tightening one side first. Visible thread should remain when properly installed.
Use your awning's existing attachment hardware through the Mini mount's vertical slot. Confirm clearance and alignment before final tightening.
Periodically inspect and tighten mounting hardware, especially after off-road use or long trips. Follow the awning manufacturer's installation and load guidance.
