Use calipers to measure the outside diameter of your round rack tubing, including the finished coating. Powder coating may produce a slightly oversized reading, so verify the nominal tubing size.

Always measure your actual rack tubing before ordering.
Space the mounting bars evenly along your roof rack based on your tool length and preferred mounting position. Use the multiple mounting holes to adjust spacing, then confirm alignment and clearance.
Use a 1/4" Allen wrench. Gradually tighten each bolt, alternating between bolts rather than fully tightening one side first. Visible thread should remain when properly installed.
Install the included Quick Fist clamps to the mounting bars with the included 10-32 button head screws, using a 5/32" Allen wrench. Secure your tools before travel.
Installation is simple with basic hand tools. Periodically check and tighten hardware after off-road use or long trips.

I really like the ease of assembly and quality of the mount. Installs easily and holds tools well. However, I think my ax maul may be a bit too heavy (8lbs), for the mount. The rubber straps work easily but don't know how durable they will be over time. Overall, I would buy again.

Bought these for the factory Baja rack on my 4Runner. There aren't a lot of options compared to some of the other aftermarket racks. These clamps definitely change that and give me the additional secure storage that I need when I hit the trail. I also daily drive my 4Runner. When I get home I can remove the bracket from the clamp very easily, and the clamps remain. They are almost unnoticeable against the Baja rack. Absolutely love this product and would buy again if needed, but they will likely last a lifetime.
