    Diameter
    Pack Size

Built for Compact 90° Awning Setups

These mini tubular clamps are designed for standard 90° straight awnings and where height clearance is limited. The shorter vertical profile works well for tighter installs, rooftop tent setups, or racks with multiple horizontal tubes.

    Lower Profile Design

A compact height option for installs where space above the rack is limited.

    Compact Profile
Designed for installations where minimizing overall mounting height is important.
    Wide Diameter Range

Available in multiple diameter options to fit a variety of round tubular roof racks.

    Compatibility

    Designed For Check Before Ordering
    • Round tubular roof rack systems
    • Standard straight 90° awnings
    • Lower-profile awning installs
    • Racks with multiple horizontal mounting tubes
    • Larger 180° or 270° awnings
    • Setups needing additional mounting height
    • Non-round tubing
    • Any setup where the awning may contact the tent or rack

    What’s Included

    2 or 3 Mini Clamps
    Based on selected option
    Stainless Hardware
    Included with each set
    Made in USA
Machined in-house from black anodized aluminum

    Before Ordering

    1. Measure your rack tubing
Use calipers or our printable measurement tool to confirm your tube diameter before selecting a size.
    2. Select the matching diameter
Choose the clamp size that matches your actual roof rack tubing. A slightly oversized reading is normal on powder coated racks, so a 1.75" clamp may be correct even if your rack measures slightly over 1.75".

Common reference sizes: 4Runner TRD Pro 2019–2024, FJ Cruiser 2007-2014, and Sequoia TRD Pro 2020–2022 roof racks typically use 1.75" tubing. GOBI Toyota roof racks typically use 1.00" tubing.
    3. Check awning and tent clearance
These clamps may not fit or clear every rooftop tent, overhanging crossbar, or tight rack setup.
    4. Use the measurement PDF
Print the measurement tool PDF to help confirm your tubing size before placing your order.

    Installation

    1. Position the clamps
Space the clamps evenly along your roof rack based on your awning’s mounting points.
    2. Tighten the clamps evenly
Using a 1/4" Allen wrench, gradually tighten each bolt a little at a time. Alternate between bolts instead of fully tightening one side first so the clamp seats evenly around the tubing. Visible thread should remain when properly installed.
    3. Attach your awning
Use your awning’s existing hardware to bolt the awning through the vertical mounting slot.

Installation is simple with basic hand tools. Periodically check and tighten hardware after off-road use or long trips.

    Shipping

Order Processing: Most in-stock orders ship from Florida within 1–3 business days, with many orders shipping the same or next business day when ordered before carrier pickup.

Tracking Information: Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order has shipped. Receiving a tracking number does not necessarily mean the package was picked up by the carrier that same day.

Need It Faster?: We can often arrange upgraded shipping options such as UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air for an additional charge, depending on inventory and carrier pickup schedules.

Shipping Terms: Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, delivery times and package handling are outside of our control. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
