We are shipping out orders seven days a week here at GZila. As you may know, all shipping providers are extremely overwhelmed. They are often not even scanning in the package for a week, and then taking well over a week to deliver them.
If you have a tracking number, that means your order has been dropped off directly with USPS that day. Once it is in their possession, there isn't much else we can do but to watch and wait for update.
If you would like to have your package upgraded to a speedier service like UPS next day or 2nd day air, please email us for pricing quotes. But even then, those service times are no longer guaranteed either throughout the holiday.
We hope to see things get back to normalcy in the early new year with package quantities drop down from shipping providers.
