Shipping Terms: Once your package is scanned by USPS, it is beyond our control. If your package is lost or damaged, we can assist with filing an insurance claim. In cases of theft, you will need to file a police report. We cannot send replacements for items marked as "delivered."
Shipping Process: When you receive a tracking number, it does not guarantee the package was shipped or dropped off the same day. If you need expedited shipping that isnโt listed, please contact us, and weโll do our best to assist with an upgrade.
USA Buyers:
USPS Ground Advantage ($5.00): For small, lightweight items. Slower delivery. Transit time: 4โ7 days, depending on your distance from Orlando, FL. Includes up to $100 insurance.
USPS Priority Mail ($10.00): For all items. Faster delivery. Transit time: 2โ3 days, depending on your distance from Orlando, FL. Includes up to $200 insurance.
International Buyers:
USPS First Class ($13.00โ$18.00): For small, lightweight items. This is the slowest option, and tracking may stop updating after the package leaves the USA.
USPS Priority Mail ($27.00โ$35.00): Transit time: 5โ15 days, depending on customs processing.
