All sales are final and not eligible for returns. Exchanges can happen on a case by case basis. Please email us with more information.
If your item arrives defective, please inform us directly right away. If it is something that we can fix, we will offer to help. If it is a limited edition sold out item, unfortunately we may not have any extras to send as replacement. We strive to make the situation right, and depending on the circumstances, we can offer partial refund or store credit for future purchases. While we try to thoroughly inspect each and every item during shipping, there is always the potential for some to slip through the cracks and we are more than willing to make up for it.
